Traniee / Junior Web Developer required, immediate start.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented and creative web developer to join this thriving, well-established and stable web applications company.

You will be working on new web projects and providing ongoing maintence to existing sites.

Ideally you will have a portfolio of websites you have previous developed (please include links to relevant work online as well as references to assist us in verifying the information that you forward to us).

We are stable, growing company. This is an excellent full-time permanent position offering good long term prospects.

This is an office-based position, no teleworkers please. You will be working in our Stockport office which offers excellent transport links (10 mins from Manchester Piccadilly station) and free car parking.

Essential:

• Web design skills
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiarity with web design software (Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Fireworks, Adobe Illustrator)
• A desire to learn and improve

Desirable:

• Experience of working in a Unix/Linux environment
• Programming skills - Php / Perl / ASP etc.
